On the palate, tamed, balanced acidity supports the wine’s generous fruit core and supple body, bringing the fruit, texture, and oak into refined harmony. The finish is long, elegant, and beautifully composed.

 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Select:

This Sauvignon Blanc offers a vibrant and refreshing experience from the first sip. Its bright acidity is immediately striking, delivering a lively burst of flavor. Nuances of lemongrass and fresh kiwi add complexity, providing a zesty and tropical character that is both invigorating and sophisticated. The wine's time spent in oak barrels imparts a subtle, velvety texture that rounds out the experience, creating a smooth and elegant finish on the back palate.
