Viognier, Petit Manseng and Chardonnay. The unique combination works like a beautiful major triad - each note different, but contributing equally in distinct and perfect ways. Viognier was picked towards the front of the estate, while Petit Manseng and Chardonnay were picked towards the back of the property. Each parcel was harvested and vinified separately. Aged for more than 6 months in neutral French oak. The wine shows golden tinge in color but is clear devoid of sediment. A complex nose of tropical fruit, yeast and toasted sesame and oak. The palate starts gently and crescendos into creamy fruitfulness, and finishes with zesty acidity.
