This red wine blend is a harmonious combination of red fruit flavors, subtle oak notes, and a hint of chocolate on the nose. It boasts a velvety texture with soft tannins and gentle acidity, leading to a light and smooth finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

A beautiful quartet composed of 32% Merlot, 41% Petit Verdot, 25% Cab Sauv and 2% Viognier. 

This is the winning wine from our annual Consensus event. It will be exciting to see the tertiary and velvety notes develop that will make this wine even more complex and more enjoyable in a suggested 2-3 year period.
