Pale yellow with some greener tinges on the rim, clear with no sediment and devoid of any bubbles.The nose is typically expressive, showing notes of white flower, white peach, jasmine and wet stone.The palate is light with a vein of acidity, balancing out the sweeter notes of melon, apricot, peach and ginger. The wine has a medium body but a long and lengthy finish and fuller mouthfeel.Aging potential for 2-3 years, paired with ceviche, spicy dishes and green salads or perfect on its own, Serving temperature of 55 degrees is recommended.
