Aged in neutral Oak barrel for 8 months. Rich aromatics of dark fruit and spice. The palate show medium acidity and a medium to full bodied mouth feel. A savory wine that requires a few mores years to reach its full potential. Pair with bitter greens and balsalmic drizzle, meat with a dry rub or enjoy on it own.
