2022 Cabernet Franc Block 2

This wine was aged in French Oak for 10 months. The grapes are located in front of Edgewood Estate. Cab Franc Block 2 is medium-bodied, red-fruit nose accompanied by undertones of cedar and pepper. The palate begins softly but swells with fresh fruit. With plush tannins, this wine has a lingering finish of fruit and oak. This wine is incredibly beautiful now, but we highly recommend 2-3 years (from the bottling in late spring of 2023) for this wine to truly develop. We suggest you pair this decadent wine with a holiday roast, charcuterie meats or grilled lamb.
