2021 LVA Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium or dark ruby in appearance, with distinct aromas of black cherry, black plum, black currant, mocha, coffee, along with some smoky or meaty undertones. Additionally, some floral elements of violet or lavender. The palate is medium bodied with good length, medium plus acidity and is bone dry. There are some additional flavors of toast and milk chocolate along with the aromas. This wine may benefit with 1-3 years in the bottle, however, we think it will taste perfect with charcuterie boards or a rich, chocolate dessert.
