100% Touriga Nacionale. This is a dry Provencal style wine; that is fermented and matured exclusively in tank, with no secondary fermentation. Bright red fruits on the nose and palate, possessing lovely acidity while maintaining a long and lengthy finish. Perfect on its own during the warmer months or paired with shellfish and oysters on the half shell.
