2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Reserve

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our Block 7 Estate Vineyard. Matured in exclusively French oak, 75% 500L in size. The wine is perfumed with red berry fruits, with secondary aromas of leather, cigar box and pipe tobacco. The color is deep Ruby. The flavors are red berry dominated with a good number of tannins and acidity, that keep this full bodied wines from feeling too heavy and cloying. This is one to lay down for a few years before drinking and will drink well up to 10 years.
