Blanc de Noir
Tasting Notes
Made in the traditional Champenoise method, this Brut styled sparkling wine has notes of citrus peel, green apple with biscuit and bricohe notes from lees aging. The palate is rich and weighty. with fine bubbles, balanced acidity with a long and lengthy finish.
Amélie Label
The Amélie label is a tribute to the illustrious Amélie Rives, an American author of books, novels and plays, who's formative years were spent at Castle Hill. The label depicts an edited self portrait Amélie drew; using parchment and charcoal. Her ancestor Barclay Rives built the manor house on the Edgewood Estate in 1911, that adornes the label of our Keswick Wines.
