New members will receive an email from Keswick Vineyards confirming membership and explaining your monthly shipments. Your credit card will be billed for wine, tax, and shipping (if you've chosen to have your wines shipped to you) approximately one week prior to each wine club release. It is the members' responsibility to notify Keswick Vineyards of any method of delivery change (ship vs. pickup), change of delivery address, or credit card changes/updates at least two weeks prior to processing. Keswick Vineyards is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments. Your wines will be held for a maximum of 12 months. If you have not picked them up within one year of processing they will be donated in your name. Discontinuing your membership prior to receipt of six consecutive allotments will result in a cancellation fee totaling the remainder of the six month commitment.
